many thanks for your comment :)
it's hard to model all those gear inside a clock and blender is not oriented for a mechanichal draw ...so i choose for a "closed" clock. For now i'll wait for your project :)

I have been trying to make a watch for about a week now and i am lost as to how to apply an image to a texture and then get it to fit the face of the watch:(

every time i do it its the wrong size no matter what i try.

I am using c4d

what happens is i make the basic shape for the watch face then make a texture apply an image to the colour part of the texture. but it will not lign up of the watch no matter what i do.

you have to "unwrap" your mesh to apply the texture correctly. :)
